Replies to bugs and tickets need to get prioritised.
Greetings,
thank you for your messages and your good wishes!
We've already heard and read quite a lot about this one and a few others as well. Right now our focus is the whole transition and migration and this will take quite some time. More on the topic of future development will be said in our FAQ.
We completely understand, and it really is a bummer. We genuinely wish this was something simple we could resolve right away. Unfortunately, it is quite challenging from a technical point of view, and there is still some groundwork to cover before we can begin to consider and evaluate the options we have.
The current setup and tools make the publishing process quite complex and time-consuming. For practical and efficiency reasons, we need to focus our communication efforts to keep them manageable, which means cutting back in some areas. I know this is not ideal, and I'm sorry that you have to check the German or English site now to stay up to date.
Concerning support tickets that haven't been answered yet:
Our customer support team will be taking care of tickets in the future. We understand your frustration about the long response times. That is also not what we aim for. The handover of support responsibilities is still ongoing, but we're actively working on the process so that one of my colleagues can hopefully assist you soon.

I agree there is a logistics problem with specialists, explorers specifically.
There are a few approaches worth considering.
The one mentioned above is to be able to group explorers and send multiples at one time. This is similar to sending armies on an adventure. Just hard to scroll and identify which to send.
Another ides is to create the ability to stack explorers.
In both of those it is equivalent to assigning recruits to a general and the general manages all subordinates.
Those are all good and they can work.
I would like to submit an alternate approach. Once you have selected the explorer and the mission you get the commit screen. A green checkmark to send and a yellow circle arrow to return to previous step.
My idea is to add a check box. If the box is checked when the explorer returns, that explorer goes out immediately and repeats the same search. Unchecking the box just cancels the auto repeat and the explorer stays home on return.
We the players want problems fixed and not have "new content" be the priority.
I would love to see each category of adventures, for example, 1 player, 2 player, etc. gain new maps once in a while, but with just standard combat, not quests and puzzles.
My 2 cents.
Hi Mirade, thanks for answering so quickly. Good luck with figuring things out!
Thank you for your good wishes and the feedback!
Wishing all of you a great weekend ahead. Stay safe and happy settling!![]()

yeah army sending is tricky - gens are sorted random each time
There is a very real disparity in the difficulty levels for the Weekly Challenges.
Specifically, the Epidemic weekly challenge:
Requires 3 Ali Baba and the Treasure of Wisdom
Each Treasure of Wisdom, on average, requires completion of 2 Ali Baba and the Third Thief (or 4 Ali Baba and the Second Thief).
Each Third Thief, on average, requires completion of 6 Ali Baba, The Young Wood Cutter.
So, to complete this weekly quest, one has to complete:
3 Ali Baba and the Treasure of Wisdom
6 Ali Baba and the Third Thief
36 Ali Baba, The Young Wood Cutter
This is 15 times more adventure completions than any of the other 3 Weekly Challenges.
We old time players (11+ years in the game) have been here since ages and have seen many community managers come and fail and go because they just typed hello settlers in game and that was it. tickets and issues are not addressed and are regarded as nuisance.
So I guess welcome. And good luck.
Many suggestions on how to improve game game have been made over the years all have been ignored.
for example:
There have been x building spots on island since introduction of game in 2011;
Since then every event has brought some new buildings;
There is no place to put those. I have like 5 stupid eater egg basket buildings in starmenu, why care about another event that gives 1 more?
So why should we care about some new building that just goes to star menu?
Many issues have been addressed over and over and just before take over all old forum posts have conveniently been deleted by blue byte....
nobody cared why should we expect things to change now?
So yeah.
Do not expect too much input on player base on feedback on how to improve game we have been beaten into silence by previous community managers...
Players feedback is generally punished by chat ban....
I am expecting a chat ban or deletion of my comment here as per previous experience because any slightly negative feedback is not appreciated.....
so
jay! welcome new community manager I hope you make tons of money tso is the best!

Well...it's last day of Easter event. I was hoping to play as much as I could to get eggs but seems that server decided to fail on me right now.
I have to work during week and sleep early for another hard day...till I get on weekends and have fun but sucks alot cannot play it.
I have 1 year playing this game and this happened frequently during this time.
I'm at Lvl 64 and it's very impressive see ppl achieve the max level. The grind and sense of progression is ok to me, something to keep me busy in a long term gaming considering I'm on it as free to play player. Not really sure I'd pay a sub to keep going.
All the different generals, explorers, specialists are very appealing to gamer's collector traits.
However, what holds me on it is become able to help my guild mates grow as well. The community is awesome!
So, keep up old players happy, find a way to become more interesting experience and retain newcomers.
Be my best lifetime experience and maybe if my real life struggles allows, I can spend some coins on this game.
