We completely understand, and it really is a bummer. We genuinely wish this was something simple we could resolve right away. Unfortunately, it is quite challenging from a technical point of view, and there is still some groundwork to cover before we can begin to consider and evaluate the options we have.

In the meantime while waiting for the forums to be situated, can announcements in the newsfeed be included in a forum post so the US players can see the announcements also? The 350 eggs (thank you for that) announcement is on on the EE newsfeed but not the US newsfeed.

This can be a locked thread used for posting new announcement only so they don't get lost in responses. By placing announcements in the forums, other English speakers can see the announcements by selecting "new post" for the day allowing everyone to the see the announcements first hand.

Hope you all will do better then your predecessors. In general (but you probably know this) the communication was closely to not existing.. And really the last year was terrrible... And as an example.. I asked for support on 8-3-2025..no reaction.. still in progress.. And yes that was 2 months ago!

In my free time, I enjoy playing video games such as RPGs, reading, and researching topics related to human behaviour, social interactions, and exploration. I'm also particularly fascinated by miniature worlds. I haven't played The Settlers Online before, but I've spent quite some time with games like Anno 1404 and 1800, as well as various SimCity and Sims titles.

A quick note for those outside Germany: May 1st is a public holiday here, so I won't be posting in the forum tomorrow. I'll be back on Friday.

I see. Might it work for them to open the UK website in another browser tab to follow the news? Our goal is to establish a single, central and reliable place for news to keep communication clear and manageable. Reposting news in the forum feels a bit cumbersome and makes the flow of information less streamlined. We're open to continue this for now if it adds value, but in the long run we hope to establish a structure that is clear and easy to navigate.

Cependant nous jouons sur le serveur français, donc le forum est lié à notre serveur... comptez vous publiez et doner du contenu sur le forum français ( même en anglais)? Dans le cas contraire, google ne nous sera d'aucune aide... Pour pouvoir échanger avec vous, j'ai du créer un profil sur le serveur anglais, profil que je n'utiliserais pas, j'ai bien assez avec mon profil d'origine. Pareil pour le support, sera t'il centralisé? Je n'ai pas trop de soucis pour traduire, ce qui m'inquiète est d'avoir accèsà ces informations, échanges, aides....

We only use the German and UK-English websites/forums to provide information and replies. As mentioned, we'll look for long-term improvements to offer one central place of exchange that can be accessed by all players. This will take quite some time, though, and nothing concrete has been decided yet since our current priority is the whole transition and migration. We don't have any plans at the moment to communicate in other languages apart from German and English. I understand that this may be disappointing to hear. Thank you for reaching out to share your thoughts.

Oh, and could u contemplate re-introducing the gem voucehrs as existsed in the first 2/3 years? There are always players that are more than willing to pay with gems for in game items and a voucher code gives them that ability (and also doesnt impact with the free gems from quests/levels that you can get in game, these will still be locked from transacting)

It was very popular in the day- i know i managed to get a fair few vouchercodes that way myself back then

Hi ! ive been a member since the beginning on Ares server and have left at one point because of Ubi actions, I am back for over a year now and noticed they have made it worse and worse on certain things such as event shop things and such. since May 4. server zone crashed an error occurred in this zone please try again. I've been working since May 4th. had no problems with that at all. I have cleared the cache and downloaded Mozilla, nothing works

help me because I still have a lot of eggs that I want to spend
