I have concurred 4 sectors on the Island ...
Why can't I move my Garrison , army , closer to the enemy ?

On the Archipelago you have to use sector deeds brought from merchant on a sector then build a island store house or use a store from merchant/trade/events. Only then can you garrison your troops there.
Well I have an island store house and my garrison on the island . The thing is I can't move them , my garrison ,
closer to the enemy on sectors I have already captured . I have captured 4 in all .
