Thank you, Mirade, for the reply and the correction in the merch! We appreciate it!
It's great to see that you're listening to us! Additionally, we hope that CipSoft will give more consideration to the feedback and take our requests and suggestions into account. BB did not do this well (especially at the end of their ownership). Hence, many valuable players decided to leave the game. I personally truly hope CipSoft wants to fix this.
In 2023 (started with the Anniversary event), BB decided to change their strategy on event's merch and took a greedy way. Therefore, they drastically changed the good, old merch and (re)moved some crucial standalone items (e.g. explorers) and introduced these new, overpriced bundles where they put some good, and some very outdated items into those.
I'm not saying that all new bundles and changes are bad. I'm saying that most of those changes were detrimental, and they didn't take our feedback into account.
If you check my previous feedback (linked all of those in my recent feedback at the end), you will see my suggestions and others' comments as well. And the same on the test server.
So, in terms of the Summer event, last year was shocking for many players. BB removed 6 standalone explorers (Benevolent explorer 1 balls/3 gems, Adventurous explorer 1 gems, Lucky explorer 1 balls) and they moved some of those into bundles. They introduced a limit of 3 on Storage Tower, which was previously unlimited.
My generic suggestion was always like: add more stuff to the merch, but don't remove stuff, unless those are really outdated. Bundles can be good if the price is in parity with their content. You can add items to the bundle, but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to remove the standalone item from the merch.
