US server (ares) issue

Unable to log in since Friday the 13th, 2025, steps taken to resolve as follows: Note have tried to use two different laptops

1) Clearer everything, multiple times
2) Tried to backdating the one laptop two weeks.
3) Restarted computers many times
4) Ticket sent on 14th updated info on 15th zero feedback from CipSoft.
5) I have tried Chrome, Firefox, Edge

I have not been able to get the TSOtesting page to fully load. It gets to near the end of the loading graph and stops two hours later no change.
When I do get a home/landing screen once I select United States system spins till it goes to maintenance screen.
I have been able to start an new island on the english site.
Anyone have any ideas? Cipsoft can you assist please

Ares is down again (at least for me).

And I can't access the testing site, either.

Ares is still down - I have used a variety of different browsers and my cache is cleared every time I close a browser... Support ticket sent in
