After completing all the chain quests on time, Starfall isn't giving Star Shrads, Crystal Fruits or Spire fragments; only XP

I'm using Windows 11 & Firefox (64 bit) updated.
I clear cache when I have problems with the game
that is not a lot of info you gave.
One quest doesnt give any shards during the quest, rooting out the problem.
The shards all come in the reward box after finishing the questline (star menu - MISC)
