Basically the same as previous versions of the venture event- a shop with 2 of each map for map frags and the rest of the shop is gems only - no questlines, no achievements just extra xp and goodies in loot
I know you mean well but wiki is not an official source and a few days ago had an entirely different event posted. I can go back in their archives and 'guess' too but I would prefer official information.

Venture Bundle II was added to the Merchant Black Market in 2020 and is still available there.

Thank you for the answer, our point is that one from black market has 2 limit since the last 5 years, which is a pretty long period with only 2 limit per user (mainly since it is a gem package not resource one, maybe make sense to add to the venture too with another 2 limit or just increase the limit if it is a permanent shop and not temporary)
There is any eta about the black market sale refresh?
