What a joke....after 5 days finally got it....kicked out after about 10 hours and now it's the same old problem...c ant log in this morning on Ares....Newfie ok though...pme on CipSoft ...get BB to fix this

another 24 hrs and still can't log into Ares..yet again. No reply from support re problem report...this is just a farce.......
