Short story, many game in the last 20 years, implemented things based on the gamers needs, like adding auto attack or auto questing for nearly all MMORPG (they killed the botting with this), or in the development implement the most used features from the external library name JQuery (built on top of javaScript) into the javaScript directly (so less people used external library) but can list multiple other example, where an external solution was integrated (with few changes) into the original product.
After the server migration done, if the devs have time then if they implement the features below then I am not sure if anyone will use the client anymore because no point to use it (client has it is own problem, for everybody would be the best if those features integrated directly even if those works a bit differently etc), if not that fine too, i just thought i share the idea where this game can be improved and in which features are the most demanded
Way of the implementation, is to able to save templates into the game, similar to the savegame where a group of information saved on your hard disc or in cloud then that can be loaded as well, in template case they are in JSON data format.
To able to use it if CipSoft implement those save slots for gems (permanently open 1 slot for 100/200 gem (since players will use many) or temporary for 200 coin similar for a week as the colony slots.
Managing those templates should be inside a dialog/modal/window like on the screens
Recommended the low price and option for permanent opening the template slots or a solution which doesn't make too expensive because then no one will use it.
Client advantage is able to queue & execute the commands what we cand do in the browser too, 1 after 1, was created by players who love to play this game and respect it and they not cheating/hacking etc just want to make this game better/more enjoyable for the players, but they are not in the BB dev team, so they solved a bit differently but if the game devs do the same they can do even more efficient solutions.
Top features
Bulk Explorer/Geologist sending
Description: Able to send multiple or all or based on a name filter all geo/explorer to adv/treasure or deposit search (executed 1 by 1), if you have some complex setup then you can save as template, also give enough much information.
Highlight: Reduce the required clicks from more hundred to 1-2.

Buildings Buff templates
Description: ability to record the buffing location/buff type then save as template, then later can be loaded so the system buff every building with few clicks (1by1) with correct buildings, not only your but also for your friend island, this template can be sent to the other player, so you do a buff template to your island, then send/share with your friend who can buff you with it, also good overview about the templates.
Highlight: Reduce the required clicks from more hundred to 1-2.

Adventure templates
Concept: as player not want automate the adventures, only prevent the human mistakes when assigning or sending troops to attack the camps.
Description: ability to organize and create your own guide which saved into templates instead of read every time the wiki (https://settlersonlinewiki.eu/en/adv...g-wood-cutter/) and set it each time again and again the same general's assignments and have chance to miss assign the troop types...
Template will save the general current position, what unit is assigned currently and which camp he want to attack and after how much delay (each actions are separated, so it will not finish automatically your adv, just help to load the correct troops and create your own blocks with saved timer Highlight:
- send to the selected active player's adv the generals from the loaded template with 1 click
- assign units to general with 1 click (based on the saved template)
- move all general to the correct position with another click (based on the loaded template)
- send to attack the generals from the template
* for each template it will be a warning if you not have enough troop or you are not on the correct position, also an overview about available troops and needed troops, also a quick option to reload the latest used template
* repeat the last 3 steps (all step optional), according your own guide based on your current generals so you not need to go every time and calculate (https://www.settlerscombatsimulator.com/uk) or check the wiki, so no need to leave the browser just because you want make an adv efficiently, example for this guide need 6-7 templates (1 for loading all general and troops what needed for adv, then 5 blocks https://settlersonlinewiki.eu/en/adv...iegers-skills/)

Quality Life Improvements
Chat: allow to copy, paste or select the text on the chat (also client offer very customizable, the color or senders/channel, text color, font family, font size helps to the players with sight/color problems but would be enough if at least the font family and size should be configured)

- Star menu - star menu size (columns, rows, so can make it smaller or larger to fit better to the current screen size/resolution)
- Quick actions: unload all general (unassign the troops from them), move all general to the star, retreat all general which was sent to attack (this also works 1by1 like if the usually click to retreat or send to the star menu)
Overviews, quick access: easier specialist overview or opening a building without searching that much after it (note visible always but works only on your home island), not exist but a better overview also would be nice for the buildings where we can see the production chain itself with each building on the chain and see how many we have from it on the our island (and maybe jump to the building)
