Once the test server migration is completed and you can log in again:

If you encounter any new issues or problems on the test server which may be related to the migration, please describe them in this thread.

Please do not report any errors or issues here that already existed before the migration - unless they have changed since the migration of the test server.

October 13: test system, chat, locked zones, temporary deactivations of test server

October 14: test forum is deactivated, locked zones, downtimes of test server

October 15: no fixed dates yet for specific servers and Halloween event, locked zones

October 16: locked zones related to migration were fixed on Oct 11

I can never get screen shots to work on the forum, but I am not able to log into the test server, below is a copy/paste of the error.

This site can’t be reached
tsotesting.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have clear unity and browser caches, logged out and still unable to access the test server.

only have global and whispers - no other tabs - no group no news nor those above.

Since so many people are having server zone crashes I am using Firefox and Windows 11 with no problems in that regard.

I am also having a Server Zone crashed, with the same message.
This is occurring for me at the same point I was receiving the error prior to moving servers. See Ticket#20250927420112 for images.

I'm getting the server zone crashed message as well. Chrome, Win 10. Happening on the loading page with the pumpkin-head, crashing when it's about 7/8 of the way along the progress bar.

For me the test server works but:
-Channel issues
- working channels: Global, Whisper, Adventure, Guild channels works as expected
- bugged channels are the help/trade/looking for group, not visible until you go to an adventure or enter into a guild, then they appear but you cannot see/send any message there
- event calendar and in general everything else works, included the adventure and pumpkin refill from adv seems correct (12 refill from Ali: Second thief)

the number of time i have re-tried again is beyond a joke.
please fix this and allow me to access this again
