Is the test server down today ? I have been able to get in no problem since the migration but it says 'under construction' today

I keep getting this whenever I try to log in to test server. It started a couple of days into the Halloween event and I've not been able to access test server ever since. A couple of guildies in the main game tried to visit my test server island and got a message saying my island was locked. I assume this is all related to the migration and I'm worried that I'm going to be locked out of my actual account when the main servers are migrated!

I cannot provide a reliable date for the migration of a specific server yet as it depends on the progress of previous migrations and a few other factors. Whenever the next migration is scheduled, we'll announce it in a news article.
There's also no fixed date for the Halloween event yet. As soon as we can provide more concrete information, we will let you know, most likely during the course of this week.
Did you get this message already before the test server was migrated or only afterwards? Locked zones that were already present before the test server's migration have not been fixed yet since they are caused by other issues which have to be analysed at a later time.

I'm afraid I don't remember the date of the migration. I know that up to day 1 or 2 of the Halloween event on test server I had no trouble logging in. I logged in once to see what the event was like - I can't be 100% sure but I think it was day 2. Then, when I tried to log in the next day (day 3 of event) I was not able to, haven't been able to ever since, and friends see my island as locked.
It's not so much a problem while it's only the test server, especially if the issue will be fixed at a later date. But if this was a result of the migration then my concern is that obviously it's the same account on test and main server and I don't want to encounter the same issue and end up locked out of my proper account! At this point I'm hoping it's another bug and not related to the migration!
I understand your concern. However, going by what you describe it sounds more like a test server issue unrelated to the migration. The locked zones on the test server that were a result of the migration were fixed on October 11.

After migrating the test server, I was able to log in without any problems.
Yesterday, when I logged in, I got a ‘crash zone’ message.
I thought that the script that runs overnight would fix the problem, but it didn't.
This morning, I'm still in ‘crash zone’.
