    Tired to purchase gems through Europeon server which I play on and all the "buy" button does is spin around. Same thing happen with UBI for about 3 months for them to figure out that something had not been "turned" on after a maintenance.

    Hi there,

    I can't seem to get the gameworld to load.

    It says Serve Zone Crashed. My wife and Daughter also play and they say when they try to visit my Island it says Island locked.

    I'm reporting the issue via email now.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Me too. All my generals sent to the adventure had missed. I can't find them anywhere. Please help solve the problem.

    actually I still can't buy gems on the Sandycove server. It won't move past the payment method screen. I am trying to buy from Canada though not sure that makes a difference but I never had a problem prior to migration.

    Actually just tried on the US server and I can't there either and that server hasn't migrated yet.

    Yesterday evening, some game worlds experienced performance issues, which led to delays in the game and disconnections. We investigated the problems right away and could resolve them. We apologise for the disruptions this has caused. We will continue to monitor the situation on the game worlds closely.

    If, following yesterday evening's issues, you find that items are missing or you are still affected by zone errors, please wait 24 hours. If the problem persists after that, contact our customer support at [email protected] with details of the specific case. That is the most efficient way to proceed.

    Concerning reports that gems cannot be bought: We'll look into this. If you're affected by this, please contact our customer support at [email protected] for your specific case.

    We've published a news about this in the meantime. It's a side-effect of the current login which still goes through Ubisoft Connect and the required authentication method: "After logging in on the start page, at the top of the bar next to "You are logged in as", you now see the name of your Ubisoft Connect profile. In the game, next to your avatar, the name of your The Settlers Online profile is displayed. This was changed with the migration due to the new authentication method."
