    An update. 3AM UK time - if online and playing an adventure it crashes the zone.

    I have just got back in after being locked out for 24 hours only to be kicked and zone lock again.
    CipSoft needs to get there you know what together and fix this this.
    If it ain't broke don't fix it

    I can not log in either. The problem started two hours ago. "Server zone crashed. An error was detected on this zone. Please try again."
    If I understand correctly, maybe it will work again tomorrow morning? Are you serious? A script runs at dawn to unlock accounts, and that's it? If there is such a problem and you are aware of it, and there is even a workaround until it is resolved, why does the script run once a day, why not every hour, for example?

    It is the weekend now and I can play now. I work on weekdays and do not have the time or opportunity to log in during the day. The event is full of time-sensitive tasks. I was just about to do the short treasure search quest today, so the explorers will be standing around all day, I will not be able to progress with the quest, and I will lose a lot of pumpkins as well. Also I can not do adventures because of it, etc. I will have the opportunity on next weekend for these.

    Please try to find a better workaround while you resolve the issues.

    I've got multiple guild memebers who have been online early hours (UK time) who have lost all of their generals. NOw unable to effectively play the event.

    Totally understand you haev inherited a cr@p code stack, but this is a very bad player experience - especially for those who have paid real world money for gems.

    A large number of The Knight Templars guild, including myself, also have zone locked. Hopefully it is just a server gone rogue and it can fixed. It is disappointing that no mention of the outage has been made on the front page as presumably no-one is working and so nothing will happen until Monday. I have been getting around 15k pumpkins per day so this will be a big loss as well as the inconvenience of not being able to play at the weekend.

    Hello! I hope this is the right place to report the issue...
    The constant crashes have been reported already, but I'm also having issues with buff creation. I tried to make a 'Werewolf’s Howl' at the Mayor’s house, and it's been stuck for about two days now. (I was hoping it would sort itself out, but I haven't been able to create a single buff since then!) Could you please take a look and get it fixed? Thanks!

    We continuously monitor our systems and the load on the game worlds, and we're also looking into reports about connectivity issues to identify possible causes and resolve them as quickly as possible.

    If you are encountering connection issues, please include the following information in your reports:
    • Which operating system do you use?
    • Which browser and version do you use?
    • Since when has the problem existed (for example, since the migration, since the start of the event, since DATE/TIME), and what exactly happens?

    If you experience a server zone crash or are missing generals:

    If the problem still persists 24 hours after it first occurred, please contact our customer support at [email protected] and provide details about your case.

    if there is server connection issue then it is issue for the whole server, indifferent what browser (firefox or Brave or Chrome) or if Linux or Windows 11, whole server is affected...
    It is happened in past too, usually during the events, ex. Valentine event in spring (where we also had flower fields and refills, but i doubt that is the issue).

    I already did all of this yesterday—Sunday—and still got the same result. Unable to connect, Chrome browser, Firefox browser, game client. This is happening to the vast majority of players on the Czech server.
    No one is communicating, no response from support, even though we are writing to your email.
    This is absolute amateurism. I understand that problems can occur, but the fact that no one is communicating is a mistake. It happened yesterday at 7:35 p.m. to the vast majority of players at once. It kicked them out of the game, they can't log in, no one knows anything...
    My money that I spent on diamonds to buy premium, my Halloween fields that will probably expire because I can't refill them. When will we see a solution, some communication, compensation, an extension of the event, because thanks to your technical problems, it's NOT WORKING!
    This is not an individual problem, but affects about 70% of the players on the server. Please start doing your job.
