    Dear Settlers,

    Due to technical maintenance on already migrated servers, these game worlds will be unavailable for about an hour on Tuesday, November 4.

    We are releasing a number of adjustments to further address the issues from last week and improve your gameplay experience.

    This includes measures to stabilise login, game sessions, and chat, as well as to reduce the increased number of zone crashes. In addition, the login via Ubisoft Connect should then stay active for a longer time, unless browser cookies are deleted regularly or deliberately.

    We have also identified the cause of missing generals and will implement a fix. Generals that already went missing should have found their way back home by now. If you are still missing generals, please contact our customer support via email: [email protected].

    Maintenance:

    Day: Tuesday, November 4
    Game Worlds: Already migrated game worlds (UK, DE, FR, NL, IT, RO, GR)
    Start: ~ 09:00 CET
    End: ~ 10:00 CET
    Adventures & Premium: Times will be extended
    The following issues will also be addressed:

    The size of the Mountain Clan Colossus was increased to 4x4 by mistake with its last adjustment. The size will be reduced to 3x3 again so it should no longer block productions nearby.
    Some players were not able to purchase the Leathery Box at the merchant due to limits not being adjusted properly. This will be fixed so that they should able to buy the bundle.

    Hello,

    When will the error on the Czech server be fixed? More than 70% of players have been unable to connect since Sunday at 7:35 p.m.!
    The fields are dead, premium time has expired, HUGE LOSS of pumpkins, as even friends cannot connect to the islands and throw bonuses.
    Not to mention that we cannot send scouts out to search. More than 7K pumpkins lost, and the loss is growing every hour.
    No communication, no one from support has responded, no one knows when it will be fixed! This is terrible work!

    Yeah this is very frustrating, i try to switch internet provider, different computers and interenet explorers and nothing help. According of some people that still can play and has us in friends they can not visit our isle - is look like we lost our accounts even we can still log on main site.

    A graphical offset bug with the positioning of the Mountain Clan Colossus was fixed so this is probably a side-effect. Can you still click through it?
    Yes I can click on the mine behind Colossus, but the mine has stopped producing, because Colossus is so big now, and blocks it completely.
    The mine isn't set to sleep mode, but it is shown as being at sleep. I can buff the mine too, I have tested be mistake
    After the fix today - reduceing the Colosus to 3x3 size - still blocks my titanium mine, so even that the mine should produce(it isn't stopped), it showes zZz and doesn't produce. The mine wasn't block, when I placed the Colosus. Colosus is fully upgraded to lvl 7 so I would hate to demolish it and dind a place for it.

    We've forwarded the information to Ubisoft so they look into this. Since the Czech server has not been migrated yet, we cannot investigate it ourselves.

    Great! Thank you for the information and response, even if it took more than 40 hours. I will pass this message on to the Czech forum, where there is no moderator or staff. How sad...

    How counterproductive this situation is, right?
    We are supposed to write to you for support, to your email, instead of directly to Ubisoft. This wastes our precious time. These procedures are set up in a way that doesn't work, maybe someone should address this.
    I think your priority is to generate profit from this game. It's a business for you. But if you ignore the needs of the players, this business will go under. Today there is a gem promotion, and anyone who doesn't log in probably won't buy anything if they can't even get into the game. We know we're a small server, but we'll never grow if we have a priority of -10.
    I believe that the situation will soon be rectified and that compensation will be provided to make up for it all, so that we as players are not frustrated with the game and decide to continue playing it.

    There have been two gem promotions and I am not sure how widespread it is but many of us still can't buy gems. Making money is NOT a priority with these.

    So the czech server already is going but without any compensation, we lost around 46 hours progress to get pumpkins, weakly progress to get gems and we need to pay minimaly 100 gems to to open missed doors for continuing opening...

    It would be nice to have some contact information in case a similar situation (hopefully never again) occurs. The response on the forum came after several hours, and there has been no response to the support email so far.

    This brings us to the question of compensation for lost time.
    The problem lasted about 46 hours. Replacing the premium and bonus of a recognized friend is a matter of course for me, but the inability to complete tasks and send explorers is a more complex issue. Some people have 200, others have 20, so I would average about 100 explorers, who can bring in 70*12 + 30*24 = 1560 in 24 hours!
    Of course, x2 days, so 3120 pumpkins, not to mention the possibility of completing tasks, bonuses for golems, etc. For me, compensation should start somewhere around 5,000 pumpkins!
    Not to mention whether it will still be possible to complete all achievements due to this bug.
    I'm curious to see how Ubisoft will motivate us not to lose faith in their game and continue playing, let alone buy money for gems. This should be taken into account by marketing if you want to increase sales, which is probably your priority in generating profit from this game.
