Reset to level 1

Hi all,

Has anyone logged in recently to find they lost progress and are now level 1?

I didn't opt out of migration, so not sure what's going on.

I was level 70'ish. My friend said that my name is showing as DeletedUser in his friend list.

That is a problem then

They explicitely requested people to check there wasnt an accidental tick applied by players as well as they can not undo this

Dunno if that has changed as there are some other issues with the delteion they are looking at

But deleted is deleted they said before migration

Best to submit ticket to the e mail adress as posting here usually has not much status nor effects on individual accounts
