    Thumbs down Unwelcome Ghost General Garrisons

    I have 3 Ghost General Garrisons on my island without generals or soldiers refusing to leave. Can someone please help?

    It's not just Ghost Generals. I have the same issue with two Younger Geminis.

    They refuse to fight in freezing weather of Artic Explosion hence the protest.
