Still Can't Buy Gems on UK server

you hit buy gems and all you get is an hourglass and then nothing happens, you don't get to move off the payment method screen.

Actually can't buy gems on the US server either.

We having the same issue on Ares server I told them over a week ago about this issue

When I reported it to CipSoft a couple of days ago, this was the response I received:

The issue you've described is already known to us. Our development team is currently working on a solution, but I can't give you an exact time when the problem will be fixed. I kindly ask you to be patient.


In the meantime, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience in this matter on behalf of myself and the developers.

So, my response to this included asking them if there's a way we can buy gems directly from CS. I don't have enough premium time to last me for the event on either of my game servers, and one of them is new enough that I don't have tokens to buy individual prem days. I was wanting to buy during the sale for both game servers. I haven't heard back on that inquiry yet.
