Cannot send explorers - prestigious friend buff

Hi,
I cannot send explorers after prestigious friend buff was activated on my island.
I send explorer refresh page or go to the adventure map and when I get back my explorer are again ready for sending to mission.
Also I don't get any mail with loot from searches.

And I can't deactivate this buff.

So how I can get presents during this event?????????????

Log out for 15-20 mins will sort it, this is a well known bug, if u check your help tab in chat its full of ppl asking about it especially on the 1st day of an event.

First log out for one hour not help. But after whole night it seems that this issue disappear.
