Bookbinder problems: resources are calculated incorrectly

The number of intermediate papers, printing press letters and manuscripts required to make a Tome increase after 20 tomes are utilised.
Just check whether that is the case with you.

For the first 20 tomes, you will need: 250 IP, 200 PPL and 1 manuscript.
From the 21st to 40th Tome, you will need: 350 IP, 240 PPL and 2 manuscripts.
From the 41st to 60th Tome, you will need: 420 IP, 290 PPL and 3 manuscripts.
From the 61st to 80th Tome, you will need: 505 IP, 345 PPL and 4 manuscripts.
From the 81st Tome onward, you will need: 605 IP, 415 PPL and 5 manuscripts.
