Do BB think it would help to manage the expectations of the players in the game if ;
  • They undertook to reply within a time that was pre-determined. For example we'll get back to you in 48 hours.
  • They keep KPI's of this sort of commitment to their players
  • That they issue a traget for those KPI's and publish monthly how close they come to that target. For example : Our aim this month was to reply to 95% of tickets taken within 48hrs and we achieved 96%

Reading the boards I feel there seems to be a problem with tickets not getting replies. And as such I may be doing BB a dis-service which maybe you would agree with me needs to be countered with the correct information.
