Frozen Manors, Magnifcent residence etc as Gemshop items

Might have been suggested already. But tbh I hate upgrading. So things like frozen etc .. well I love them. So I certainly wouldn't mind seeing a limited amount (1-3 maybe) for sale for gems in the shop. While they certainly would have to be expensive, I think it would have enough interest from people for it to be a successful item for sale. I certainly would get it. Because no upgrading and less space needed for nobles. So I hope BB could consider it.

Given that population demands will soon increase due to PvP you might very well see frozen manors in the merchant.

They can't be limited because they can be traded. Maybe another building with equal capacity which is not tradeable can be introduced, though.
