I've lost count of how many times I've been in an adventure swap and sent the general to the wrong adventure. Perhaps we could have the host player's name or avatar appear somewhere on the adventure popup jut to make it a little more visual?

I 100% agree with you! It is simple things like this that make a difference to the ease of gameplay
If the pop-up menu includes the option to cancel the adventure, you are hosting.
If not, it's someone else that is hosting.... simples!
