how do i change realms? or better still how do i reset my game?

In order to change realms or start over you will have to create a new account with a different email adress. Make sure you chose the correct realm in the sign up process.
Be aware that it is against TSO rules to play in the same realm using multiple accounts. So, if you prefer to stay in Newfoundland, send a ticket to support and ask them to block your old account.
