Can't login

Tried to different browsers, cleared the cache etc.
It started yesterday. I don't get any errors, I'm just returned to the homepage each time I press login.

Seeing that you can post on the forum, I guess logging in works fine, but you have trouble loading the game. Does it work for you if you try to go to this link directly http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/play

Hi, no, can't login to the game, just the forum (which is another username/pw).
When I push login, once again, I'm just returned to the login screen (where it used to say "Play now" after I logged in.

Yes,, but when your not logged in, it does not matter. You will still be redirected to the homepage...
I just logged in, suddenly it worked, same as yesterday, without me doing anything different. Its a bug of some sort.

Well good to hear that you can finally log in. Still you have me kinda puzzled.

Where do you normally log in to play the game and where do you log in to post on the forum?
Could you post the links of the pages where you log in?

The problem is back, cannot login.

Here I use my e-mail as a username

The forum is at http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/forum.php i guess...

Both have different pw. The forum has nothing to do with the game login.

Well normally you just log in using http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/homepage and then you can use the forum, without the need of logging in again. I'm not even sure how you manage to log in at the forum using another username, all combinations I try in forum login will tell me my username/pw combination is invalid.

Could it be that you are unable to log in while logged in on the forums, or maybe the other way around (so first login to the forum and then try to login on the homepage)

I had to log into the forum because I wasn't able to log in on http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/homepage
It might been an issue because I used a hotel-network, but I don't really think so either, but now I'm home again and it works fine. Well, I'll contact support if the bug returns, thanks for your help

PS: This time I didn't log into the forum.
