nope they would have to be put in storage and donated i think as its only once in PH that gets cancelled by looks of it

also make sure you got room in your storage for returned resources from balloons or you will loose them like i did yesterday

Well, if they aren't, I'll have a few rather useless balloons to convert to gold coins at a bad rate, or to release up into the sky, or something. I'm not queuing other stuff instead now. It's only water that I'm losing, and that's going to be worthless after the event since the trade office will be flooded (bad pun intended).
