Assume you eventually got your gems last time because if you didnt you would be a fool to try again...you will get them just there slow at giving them back out until they confirm the proof ..having you receipt will help do as already suggested and if support hasnt answered message the BB on this forum in this thread
I bought gems this morning and still have nothing in my account either. It's been roughly 11 hours since I purchased them. Never had an issue before. I sent an email to support, hopefully they get it sorted.

I bought gems yesterday - 22,000 during happy hour. No gems appeared. Raised a ticket with support - no response. Looks like I'm £35 down
