Yesterday night I upgraded one of my pine wood cutters to lvl. 3 and today when I logged in it's still in progress,but it's not doing anything,nor upgrading,nor working,and it's a pity cause I paid 500 gold and 600 marble I thinkpls. help!

Are you sure you upgraded it *to* lvl 3, and not *from* 3?
A pine wood cutter upgrade form 3->4 costs 500 gold, 300 marble and takes 1 day (i.e. 24 hours) to upgrade. So it should be done tomorrow.
