We all know that there will be people who buy building lincenses and who won't

Guys who buy will probally fill his land with buildings and won't able to build anymore even through he still got some lincenses left and his land won't be beatiful for sure since building every where

Guys who don't buy will probally got a lot of land space left

why not make a features allow friend build on the others land with a little tribute to the land owner?
it will help both side the one have lincenses and the one have land
