Gems are automatically added to the account display (top right). If they have not arrived within an acceptable time, contact the support team (cog menu under your avatar)

Hi, hope someone can help. I want to upgrade the mayors house and need 800 hardwood planks and 450 marble. Problem is that I can only store 700 of either! Thank you in advance.
I just found a solution, upgrade the storehouses instead.

i understand you maths there sid and thanks for your reply but it only makes the point that this game favours recuits above other units even more. I dont skip any camps because i like to kill all camps for the exp. Please don't tell me you get the exp for the camp even if you dont attack it, because that would be the stupidest thing ever

If you refer to the experience as a score required to level up, then yes, you get all the experience from the skipped camps when you kill the leader.
If you refer to the experience as a mental experience, you only get by actually doing the battles.
Most people just want the best score for the minimum input and don't actually care for anything else.

what is guild house do?

When I received the quest reward of hardwood and marble I set a storehouse to upgrade BEFORE the next quest appeared which was to upgrade a building....now the game does not recognized that the quest has been completed and I can't advance. Sent a support request Sat. but haven't heard back and I'm stuck on lvl 14 with no way to advance.

Also- how do we know support got the request...when you hit the send button the little guy swings his hammer but the form doesn't clear and there is no indication the support ticket went?
