disappearing logs

I took 200 hardwood logs from an enemy camp. Clicked on my star menu to transfer them to my Mayor's house and they disappeared. I contacted a moderator who suggested refreshing the screen. On trying that and logging in and out again the logs aren't in any storehouse nor are they in my star menu. Any Ideas ?????

I would suggest you put in a ticket to support,they are the only ones that can deal with this sort of issue
