Stone deposit expiry

When the stone deposit expires is it possible to rejuvenate it in any when? I know I can search for more but, eventually, they will all expire.

There will always be stone mines they dont ever expire,when empty resend your geologist out to refind,no need to blow the empty one up,as he could find more beneath it and just rebuild..always send him out AFTER the mines empty as he wont find anything that wasnt empty before he sets off on his search
