Stuck at "Paper chase Stage 2" because no item recieved from email.

I'm stuck at the quest because i haven't recieved a map from reward mail. the mail never reach me.
So i can't visit the island to find easter eggs.

It happened to me too. I restarted Safari and as soon as I logged back in I received it.

I have another problem though:
At the second stage I keep cliking on the eggs and they don't disappear, the game doesn't register me collecting them.

Same problem here, Restart does not help. Running FF11.

I've got the same problem. Log out didn't work. Ideas anyone?
