Deleted Island: I am so confused.

hi everyone,

I logged in today and found my island (character), not my account, was gone.
I've been working really hard on it and it's just gone.

When I logged in, it said my registration wasn't complete and I had to create
a new one. So I did, to see if my username was taken and it said it was available.
So the only reason I see that happening is if it got deleted. (Yes, I'm using the right e-mail)

I don't remember what server I was in, and I'm fairly sure I got into another one because
none of the usual people I see online are there nor the guild that I was in.

Can this actually happen? Without warning, or did I accidentally make a new character under the same account? and
I just have to switch? I'm fairly new, but damn it I worked hard for my island. Is there a chance I can move my new island into a different
server? (Where I was, if I could remember).

Any help would be appreciated.
(I did submit a ticket but hoping for an answer or explanation today, not in business days)

You should contact support about this.
But 1st I would log out completely, clear cache etc.
then log in and double check the account details you filled in.

As Nukar said, you need to contact support about this.
I've seen this before and it should be very easy to get your old account back again.
