Please - don't correct grammar. Many people are not working in English as a first language, and sometimes you make typo's, I do it all the time and I type for a living. Correct technical information certainly, but not grammar.

I personally disagree. I think choice is good. Being able to leave it alone, OR change it, that would be better. Therefore you could have your way (no change) and others could have a chance to change.
