It'd just result it not having annoying trees in the middle of production buildings!
Not if the islands are designed for the purpose of playing adventures. I enjoy seeing how other players arrange their buildings, placing walls and ruins. There is a lot of creativity on display. Can players create better adventure islands than the developers?
I think this would be a good idea - the islands could be tested on the test site each month and the best adventures, say in 1 in each of the 3/4 coloured gem categories could be be given a gem prize for their creators to use in the live server.
It would make good interest amongst players as well as creating a larger adventure base, which is getting stale (he says as he looks at 14 copies of Traitors in the star menu, before his explorer brought one back today!) -
As the data base of adventures grows, a rota of random adventures say over 3 months old could be rested so that if desirable, they could become exclusive and desireable trade items.
This could really add more interest for the higher lvl players
