Uplay login only with email address
The login process for Ubisoft’s Uplay service will undergo a few modifications on April 3rd.
Past this date, if you connect to a Uplay Account, you will need to log in using your email address.
Using the Uplay account name for game login will no longer be possible.
People who already login with their email address or using their Facebook account will not be affected.
You can figure out which email address is connected to your Uplay account by following the instructions below.
We highly recommend you to do this now.
So what do I do?
Please make sure you find out which email address is linked to your Uplay account before April 3rd. This is crucial if you wish to log in and continue playing.
How do I find my email address?
If you don't remember which email address you used when signing up to Uplay, don't panic, there are two simple options below.
Please stick to one of the following processes:
1. Login to Uplay.com and check your Uplay account data
2. Check your profile in our game forum
Option 1: Check your Uplay account data
1. Go to Uplay website: http://uplay.ubi.com
2. On the right hand corner, there is login form, click on the “Sign In” button.
3. A new window will pop up, enter your Uplay account name and password in the form and click “Log In” button.
4. After you successfully logged in, just open this link: http://uplay.ubi.com/en-GB/dashboard/account
5. You will find the e-mail address assigned to your Uplay account listed in the “Account information” section.
6. Once you know the e-mail address assigned to your Uplay account, we suggest you try it out: just follow the procedure from point 1 and instead of using your Uplay account name, use the e-mail address assigned to it.
Option 2: Check your profile in our game forum
1. Go to the game website and login
2. Visit the game forum and go to your account settings:

Here you can find your email address as well. It’s not shown to others.
Your must do this before April 3rd, April 2nd is your last chance to search and find your email address
Remember that on April 3rd, you will not be able to search and find your email using the two options above, you will need your email to log in.
In order to avoid any frustration, we highly recommend that you find your Uplay address now.
