I think that the upgrade of any building from Tier 1 should cost Stone and Pinewood planks, not Marble and Hardwood planks. Mybe it the buildings in Tier 2 should be also upgraded this way.

That's not a very productive suggestion.

In a way, yes. But mainly, I want to make the game a little faster, especially for new players. The don't have acces to product Hard. planks and Marble, the only way they can acces to these materials is through rewards.Originally Posted by Gerontius

Clairne the reason your suggestion will be ignored by BlueByte is because if they make upgrades easier and the game quicker that is less money they can milk from you in spending money on gems and meaning less profit for them. So good suggestion but dont feel bad if it never happens.
I know. But you know, it is in beta state and they want a feedback from us. I haven't give them any response yet and I feel I should post one what would be(in my opinion, of cource) good to improve and how. Of cource I will not be angry if they'll not do that. Just a humble opinion of a humble user ;-).
Hardwood planks / marble = provision house. And we all had to get over this hurdle when we started.
