the server crash is not fixed

yesterday i was playing adventure.when i want to return to home zone game just creshed.when i want to log in it says server zone crashed.i clean the cacth,i used other web programs but nothing heppened.it is still crashing.i have contact the support with no answer of them.i spend so much money in this game,its not fair that i lose all.support must fix that!!!!!!
