Quest line - a new challenge has gone missing

I can not find this quest line anymore in my quest log, and i havn't canccelled it. I expected the first part to be complete today as i would have the 1500 recruits needed.

Any ideas ?

If you have tried a refresh and it still isn't there, I'd sent in a ticket to Support regarding this

I have tried from several computers as well as a refresh.
