[OPEN] Cannot login: "Server zone crashed"

started getting this yesterday, i'm in Aus. tried with chrome/firefox/IE/opera, same error, figured it'd be done by tomorrow, wake up today, same error in all browsers, have rebooted cleared all caches as per BB expectations.

i have seen no mention anywhere this is happening to others, my flatmate is on newfoundland and he's able to login.

i just layed down a heap of gold mines when this happened and a building or two, so it was a well timed kick in the nuts once again.

ok, i was able to login again, my improved silo wasn't built and that was the last thing i built before it freaked.

i didn't read this before i logged in unfortunately and it seems that not just moving the improved silo is the problem, but placing a new one is too, it appears i'll have to wait another day for the script to run.

so does this mean i am not able to use the improved silo i just bought?

Just had this problem... and WOW. So many people had, have and seemingly will have too.

Tried a different browser, no luck. Will wait for maintenance/the 2 am maintenance script.

I was moving Silos in Sector 3 south/east. Still nowhere near done redoing my farms layout... I hope this does not happen again.

Or somehow gets fixed.

cant get on either, keep getting same message. " An error was detected in this zone. please try again" been trying 3-4 hours now, just YET another BB bug ?

keep getting this "an error was detected on this zone please try again" i have
had it for two days. ive gone through the process of deleting cookies etc but it is still doing it. i have reported it but a fat lot of good that will do. they have NEVER got back to me

Short description:
You get the message "Server Zone crashed - An error was detected on this zone. Please try again." when you try and login.

Possible cause:
Either a corrupt cache/browser issue, or Moving certain special "gem" buildings like Watermills and Silos

Workaround:

1. Try to clear your cache in your browser
2. Try an alternative browser
3. Wait until 2AM (BST) when a script runs to help clear this issue
4. Contact Support and explain the situation

Prevention:
Try to refresh before you place or move special gem buildings/decorations
