An "online-/offline-status tab" and mail-option would be handy in this UI.
I like your idea for more information about the last date someone logged in and also when someone did his last guild quest.

If i 'inherit' a guild I would expect to 'inherit' the guild house as well. Shouldn't be too complicated as there already is a Guild House Deed available at the shop.
I agree with Nogbad that in fact only the membership is transferred.
Afterthought: Should Elizabet II die, will Charles throw sceptre and crown away and create new ones?
dont build the house then everyone can be leader for a week
Was fighting windmills from Aug 2012 to Oct 2019.
The Guild Quest section still beggars belief.
In the past few weeks, I have had to endure the following:
A period where the GQs were showing as 'complete' for us all, but apart from the sparkly display/noise every time we clicked it, it never actually finished. After several cancellations, we found that it could be completed if 1 extra person over the required number completed it. In a small guild and during the holiday season, this was pushing it somewhat.
This finally seemed to clear itself after a GQ reset maintenance.
Last week, I had to cancel 3 or 4 in a row, they always got to 1 less than the required total, then stuck. 1 player shown as 'open' had completed on several occasions (and there had been no recent changes to personnel), plus it was bizarrely picking several inactives at random, and showing them as "inactive/open", which pushed the total required over the actual number of active players.
After 2 years of these things, none of the issues seem to have been addressed. We still regularly have to get them reset during maintenance to skip past bugs, they still appear obsessed with just the same few quests over and over, and the information in the Guild screen is unreliable. No sign of the frequently asked for opt out, so these still cause friction when the levels are too unbalanced that half the guild struggles, or a few absences stymie it, and the constant requirements to spam adventures is extremely tiring.
We love our new CM.

It was good while it lasted.
Since questions still arise about guild management and succession, the original [FAQ] Guild Succession Q&A could use an update, particularly this:
Removing the posts would be less helpful than an update, the OP and the header to this [Feedback] thread are the only places with Official Info on succession.
Next successor ..... I know this cos we only have 2 active members. Just got a system email telling me an inactive member declined the eladership *facepalm*. Strangely, as guild leader, and currently active, how the hell do I stop this guild succession fiasco??
