How about something requested and useful. Provides multiplier for barracks - slider says 25, this building (and say its level is in the works) makes x2...x5 that amount. Pause it and barracks reverts to its 25.
I am hoping this represents the start of some significant new content for us old timers!

You'd really prefer something that saves a few clicks when you need to make troops than some new interesting content?
Barracks is just a mechanic of playing the game, if there's no game to play then there's no mechanics required.
im wondering if the symbol on the tent stands for medicine, so perhaps herbalist who can make medipacks or something along those lines..
try 'calvin and hobbes wish sandwich' see what comes out
*if you went on test or looked at the game's features lately you'd kind of see the level of skill involved in new content AND wish for something that would work... we are guessing here, the mighty chuck should hinted you in the right direction
