Buff for speeding up a generals recovery time

I think it would be a asset to have a buff or buff to speed the recovery time for generals, say a buff to halve recovery time and possibly a buff to speed recovery time x3

There is already a buff called a medi-pack. They just forgot to add it to the merchant. Multiple shops would be good - guild market, mayor's house would be nice too but buffs made in the mayor's house don't sell gems for BB.

Currently the only option we have is to buy another general, I can't see how us saying but we can't move the injured general out of the way as having much weight with BB as the only reason for that is to set up unsupported blocks. Therefore such a buff would have a measurable impact on the gem sales where gems are used to buy generals. I don't see the player-base and BB agreeing on what would be a sensible gem price for such a buff, then again I don't see the player-base reaching a consensus on what is a fair price gem wise or in trade.
