out of 100 mystery boxes I got:
2 arctic mines
9 imp. storages
20 angel monuments
21 pavilion
7 silos
8 raving rabbits
and 33 sets of Christmas deco that gave:
63 Christmas trees of 3 sizes
18 angel statues
18 snowman
So basically not worth the 350 gems it cost
Imp watermill looks nice, with the same size as almost all other buildings its easy to place and produce 1 water at lvl 1 in 1 minut.

Seriously where is the grout ? are you hiding it because you haven't decided on a new price in presents or has it gone from events ?
Genuinely happy there's a new watermill personally I think not making it the same size as existing watermills is a mistake, new QM good I guess for more casual players. Like the 2 new recipe, costs seem ok.
Surprise box is awful and a rip off at 350 gems 100 open :-
8 Improved storehouse
1 Improved silo
17 angel monuments
25 pavilion
9 silo
7 Raving rabbid
31 xmas deco
2 arctic Iron mine
According to the event window there should be grout.

BB don't understand their own game
It's just old text. Even current event has same type old list of buildings while it's already possible to upgrade everything. The shop config file is always edited by someone and at this moments it's been removed from it compared to last year. But yep it's still unknown is it by design or mistake. They never said we could get grout from all events so it could be seasoned too

Why? It is smaller on test - same size as a noble - so you can fit more into less space, thus making room for other buildings. The current watermill is an awful shape to fit easily into an established island.
my Island is laid out to find every single watermill space, meaning where half a space would be wasted if I put a 2x2 building there, I know eventually I can fill the spare space with 1x1 houses but from an aesthetics point of view it going to look odd a straight like for like replacement seems more logical to me. I have around 60 watermills on my island so if I replace the lot that's going to be plenty enough space created already.
