I have done all the requirements to complete this quest and all are ticked green but the quest won't complete and i can't progress further. Any ideas would be welcome. Thankyou in advance.

have you tried putting a building to sleep than waking it up again.
When it comes to Gene pools and shallow ends they can be found at the bar drinking pina colada's
completed now thankyou.
