I can't post outside links, but I'm on the UEFA sight - Slovakia played Russia on the 26th of June (and won 2-1) according to that page. I don't see any match against England. Maybe I'm on a bogus page but it says UEFA Euro 2016

On the uefa site look under Matches > Group Stage - MD 3
:Monday 20 June 2016:
Group B: Slovakia vs. England = Draw (0 - 0)

I have discovered the site I was looking at has filters and it needed a few extra ticks to show me what I needed to see...

As there are no replays in the knockout phase of this tournament, a match is not considered complete until there is a result for one team or the other; penalties are therefore part of the same match with regards to results.

I know how the tournament is working. I also know what common rules says in other "football prediction competitons".

Of course you may choose whatever rules you like for your own competition, BUT then you should make them clear.

Despite people have been guessing "draw" in every match, you just let it be..
