It doesn't make it any better.

It takes some time before the order changes.

They are first ordered by their type (bought generals, tavern generals + marshals, bought explorers + expedition suppliers, tavern explorers, bought geologist, tavern geologist) and within those gategories they are ordered by their name or if they don't name their type.

Order is alphabetical from left to right so if you use numbers 10 comes before 1 so if you use more than 1 digit numbers you need to use leading zeros (01, 02, ..., 09, 10, 11, etc)

Spontanious reaction to the new star menu: it's wonderful!

The standard sorting finally makes some kind of sense and the extra tabs makes it much simpler to navigate as well. Great quality of life improvement.

No, it doesn't. Diwata and I tried many combinations and you just can't control it. She thought she had it, but logged out and back in and they were mixed up again. Even if it did work, it should be completely by name and not by name within type - why have a sort option when it's actually a 2nd level sort when the first level can't be controlled? That makes no sense to me.

When are you bringing the good old WORKING star menu back ?..
As it is now it is terrible..
Sort one way i can find my resources but when i go to the specialist menu i have to reorder it to have just a tiny possibility to find my Geo's and General's..

It's 100% bad.

Well after playing with it for a day, I like the new star menu .. I can find things much faster and my swift supplier is now where he should be instead of stuck amongst the explorers.

Also thanks for the Expedition changes. I'm on an FT at the moment o haven't had a chance ot try them but they're all on my wish list

Absolutely awful update! There are far more gripes than praise here and if you took the time to find out from the player base the percentage that wanted this change it would of been around 5%!
But still it rolled out and then further there was another update to fix what u got wrong which prevented me from logging in this morning and coming home from work to a terrible mess. Maybe you should bring back the overnight game updates or at least test the new stuff for longer b4 it goes live, oh wait, u have a test server for that and a forum of ppl who tells u of all the problems which you somehow manage to ignore!

Start listening to the real players and not some 10 year old that wants his generals/scouts in the correct order!
