Christmas collectibles not spawning correctly

geat. but at this speed, i am sorry to say , we never get to collect enough ginger bread for quest.

I am not sure BB has the collectables appearing in equal measure, and at this rate will be finding the achievements a little challenging!

Currently have collected 4 spawns, and traded/bought none, and am sat with

4 Bells
64 Candy Cane
12 Gingerbread

As there are only 19d left of the event and so far had only 4 bells in 2d appear on island, then i am not convinced that I can possibly get the 125 required of each collectable in order to make the 5 baskets of presents achievement! If they continue to appear at the current rate, I'd have about 40 bells total from the entire event LOL

You should trade those candy canes to bells.

I was missing 5 candy canes from the first baskets so I traded my extra 5 gingerbread to candy canes with my guild mate.

Dear Settlers,

Thank you for spotting an information mismatch in the Christmas Dev Diary. You were right - the amount of Christmas Collectibles that are being spawned on the home island is not always 9, and they do not always provide 2 resource items.

With this in mind, the Dev Diary has been adjusted, so it reflects the actual mechanic:
With each spawn of collectibles, you can find up to 10 (in rare cases even more!) Christmas Collectibles providing resource items.

We will keep investigating this with upcoming events in mind.

Thank you for making the Dev diary adjustment, but we would require an adjustment/correction for this event, not future events. With the current collectible drop rate, the likelihood that anyone would complete their achievements looks quite slim.

Not a single person is buying canes at the moment on Norhtisle. And after 2 days I have about 100 X-mas collectables ratio 20:60:20 so still no basket of present (and quest) for me.
