I have no problem with the chat window so it must be conditional upon something - but it sounds like they know what it is and have a fix.

When I refill a deposit (tried iron and coal), the screen now moves to the Mayor's House, rather than remain over the deposit. Refill goes in the right place, it's just different to how it used to be - not sure if this is deliberate?
I was having that problem too until I made sure that the text field for the amount had focus (the amount was highlighted and I was over-typing) and then I could control it. I think you have to have the field highlighted and keep the cursor inside that field. But it does seem more sensitive than it used to somehow...

Bad that the hotfix was long and unannounced. Expected, though.
Watch areas are another name for the "Aggro Zone" that surrounds an enemy camp. These were tweaked to prevent a situation where a player could pass through an aggro zone without triggering an intercept.
Which one, last tiem I played VLT before 8 months or more, so not sure if there was any issues, I don't remember any
