My sugestion is new baff + 100%. For grilled steak we need 500 meat, duration 2 days and for smoked fish steak need 2.500 fish.
New baff price can be together 500 meat + 2.500 fish and duration 5 days. This will be great and price will not drop so much for meat in future becouse more and more people will have smokehouse and will use only fish. So new baff is best to be add in smokehouse.
